Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept ONLY the following methods of payment:

1.  Cash
2.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (4% CC processing fee) 
3.  Care Credit (4% CC processing fee)
